CELMETRIX inline combines proprietary sensors, electronics and edge analytics to inspect cells on the production line in seconds. It detects material and structural inconsistencies, improper electrolyte filling and gas formation, and connects to gigafactory systems through an API. CELMETRIX impulse is a compact tester for R&D labs. The company also offers testing and validation services to cell manufacturers, research labs, universities, automotive OEMs and material developers.

Celmetrix is based in Birmingham, UK, at STEAMhouse and Tyseley Energy Park. It was founded by Dr. Nishal Ramadas, an engineer with more than two decades of experience in ultrasonic instrumentation and sensing.
