1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Battery Business Directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The service is operated by Volta Foundation.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account.
3. Company Listings
Company information submitted to the directory must be accurate and you must have the authority to submit it. We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate these terms or contain inaccurate information.
4. Membership and Payments
Certain features require a paid membership. Payments are processed through Stripe. Membership fees are billed annually and are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service to submit false or misleading information, scrape data in bulk, impersonate another entity, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Battery Business Directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Volta Foundation is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
