For EV and advanced mobility it designs automated assembly and test systems for battery packs, covering module placement and structural assembly, high-voltage busbars and disconnects, cooling and thermal-barrier installation and pack validation, as well as eAxle, motor, gearbox and inverter assembly and testing. Its other capabilities include assembly, material handling, joining, packaging, palletizing, AGV/AMR robotics and vision systems.

The 2025 Battery Report lists Convergix among U.S. battery equipment makers for stacking, packaging, filling and test and grading.
