About
Emitech Group is a French group of test laboratories that helps companies validate products and bring them to market.
Founded in 1989, it runs 18 sites covering EMC, radio, electrical safety, mechanical, vibration, acoustic, thermal, fire and other environmental testing, plus test bench design, engineering, certification, metrology and training. For batteries, cells and modules it offers cycling, BMS validation, UN 38.3 transport tests, ECE R100 and R10 approval tests, fire resistance and thermal runaway testing to R100, UL 9540A and ISO 12405. Its customers are in automotive, aerospace, rail, defence, energy, medical and telecoms.
The 2025 Battery Report lists Emitech among pilot lines and R&D services in France.
