Flex-N-Gate

Flex-N-Gate, through its FLEX-ION division, provides a full range of battery development from chemistry through cell, module, and enclosure/pack manufacturing. It has a StoreDot partnership to produce silicon-dominant extreme fast-charging (XFC) battery cells, targeting 100 miles of range in 5 minutes of charging, with samples produced at Flex-N-Gate’s Windsor pilot facility for testing and scaling to production. Additionally, Flex-N-Gate manufactures EV components including lightweight plastic and metal structural parts for battery packs, along with general exterior/interior components and lighting systems produced via stamping, molding, and assembly.
