Moa JV is a Cuba-based partnership between Sherritt International and General Nickel Company of Cuba (GNC) that mines, processes, and refines nickel and cobalt from lateritic ore, producing MSP and finished metals for refining and marketing. It also provides metallurgical services and operates its own sulfuric acid and power infrastructure, and positions itself to supply Class 1 nickel and other battery materials for the EV supply chain.
