Orange EV designs and builds all-electric terminal trucks powered by proprietary LiFePO4 battery packs in 100, 180, and 243 kWh configurations. They also offer the Orange Juicer, a battery-integrated DC fast charger up to 200 kW, enabling on-site rapid charging with warranties of 7.5 years and on-site maintenance support. Batteries are designed for long lifecycles and can be charged in about two hours, with some trucks operating for tens of thousands of hours on original packs.
