PotisEdge is a maker of residential, commercial and industrial, and grid-scale battery energy storage systems.
It develops its own battery management systems, energy management software, cell contact systems and pack cooling. It grew out of EV battery systems for off-highway vehicles and airport ground support equipment, and also makes batteries for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and ODM battery products. It says it holds IATF 16949 and ISO 26262 ASIL D certification, has an R&D team of more than 180 people and 247 patents, and has offices in Burnaby, Canada, and Warsaw, Poland.
The 2025 Battery Report lists Potis Edge among large-cap energy storage companies in its industry value chain.
