PTT Plc (PTT Public Company Limited) is Thailand's national energy conglomerate that has expanded into the battery and electric vehicle (EV) value chain through partnerships and its subsidiary Nuovo Plus. It is developing key battery products and projects, including semi-solid batteries called 'G Cells', battery packs via a joint venture with Gotion High-Tech, and an EV battery venture with Foxconn (Horizon Plus). It also offers energy storage systems and related services such as a battery swapping platform and an expanding EV charging network. Through these initiatives, PTT Plc aims to be a major player in the Southeast Asian battery and EV ecosystem.
