Sigma Lithium is a lithium producer with its operations in Brazil's Jequitinhonha Valley, listed on Nasdaq and the TSX Venture Exchange.
It produces high-purity lithium concentrate for electric vehicle batteries, which it calls 'Quintuple Zero Green Lithium': made with no coal power, no tailings dams, no potable water, no hazardous chemicals and, it aims, no accidents. It started production in 2023 and ships through the port of Vitória. Its community programmes include microcredit for women entrepreneurs, rainwater capture for small farms and local hiring.
The 2025 Battery Report lists Sigma Lithium among large-cap lithium miners.
