AccelionTech develops physics-aware AI for manufacturing that combines SCADA, MES, sensor and ERP data into one view of a production line.

Its platform covers root-cause analysis, anomaly detection, real-time quality prediction and continuous parameter optimisation to cut scrap, and was first validated in battery cell production. In a 2026 study with Fraunhofer IPA on spin-grooving of cylindrical battery cans, it reports defect rates falling from 30% to under 3% during validation. Co-founder and CEO Dr. Fuzhan Rahmanian earned her doctorate at the Technical University of Munich on AI for Li-ion battery materials; Luca Zangari is co-founder and CTO.

The 2025 Battery Report lists AccelionTech under manufacturing analytics.
