For batteries it makes silicon-based anode active material, which it says has a capacity of 1,300 to 1,700 mAh/g against about 350 mAh/g for carbon anodes. Its other products are electrode pastes for MLCCs, chip inductors, varistors and solar cells, phosphor powders and phosphor conversion plates, and epoxy compounds for electrical insulation.

The 2025 Battery Report lists Daejoo among large-cap anode material producers.
