Infiniti Recycling
About
Infiniti Recycling recovers cathode and anode active materials from lithium-ion batteries through direct recycling, which preserves the materials' crystal structure for reuse in cell manufacturing.
Its current focus is lithium iron phosphate chemistry: it produces recovered LFP cathode material and graphite anode material, along with copper, aluminium and other fractions. The company takes in gigafactory production scrap, end-of-life EV batteries and industrial energy storage systems, and supplies chain-of-custody documentation for each batch.
Infiniti runs its R&D headquarters in Bethnal Green, London, where it is validating the process before scaling up. It says it is building the UK's first scaled facility for direct recycling of LFP active materials, and it announced a £1.4m raise in March 2026.
