Nascent Materials is a battery materials company aimed at scaling up the next generation of cathode materials, particularly LFP and LMFP, right here in the US. We have our own proprietary way of making materials that gives us an unfair advantage of being able to use local, less pure raw materials to make high purity and performance cathode materials. Our innovation results in a 30% reduction in overall cost of cathode materials while boosting the energy density of the cells that utilize these materials by at least 10%.
