Sinochem Holdings is a Chinese state-owned chemical group, formed in May 2021 by combining Sinochem Group and ChemChina.
ChemChina's full name is China National Chemical Corporation. Headquartered in Beijing, it has more than 160,000 employees. Its segments cover agrochemicals and animal nutrition, chemical new materials, basic chemicals led by petrochemicals (chlor-alkali, coal and inorganic chemicals), environmental services, tires and rubber products, and chemical equipment.
The 2025 Battery Report lists Sinochem among large-cap electrolyte producers.
