Guotai Huarong is a Chinese maker of lithium-ion battery electrolyte and silane coupling agents, founded in 2002 in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu.
Its full name is Zhangjiagang Guotai Huarong New Chemical Materials. Its site gives capacity of 30,000 tonnes a year of electrolyte and 5,000 tonnes of silane coupling agents, and lists ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 certifications. It also runs a separate website for its company in Poland.
The 2025 Battery Report lists Guotai Huarong (GTHR) among large-cap electrolyte producers.
