About
UBTECH Robotics is a Chinese maker of humanoid robots and smart service robots, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since December 2023.
Founded in March 2012, it develops its own humanoid technology across AI models (the Thinker family), motion control, hardware and multi-robot coordination. Its products include Walker industrial and commercial humanoids, Cruzr wheeled service robots, delivery robots, AI education kits and platforms for schools, and consumer products such as robot vacuums, pool cleaners and lawn mowers.
The 2025 Battery Report notes that UBTECH began mass production and delivery of its Walker S2 humanoid robots, which it described as the first large-scale humanoid deployment.
