Capalo AI provides AI-driven optimisation and trading for standalone and co-located battery energy storage systems in European power markets.

Its Zeus VPP service bundles route-to-market access, automated trading across ancillary services and wholesale markets, and balance responsible party and balance service provider services in one package. It also prepares revenue calculations to support financing, investment and sales decisions. Capalo reports more than 1.7 GW of battery capacity under contract and 800 MW of BESS plus 400 MWp of solar live under trading in six countries. Its customers include Nordic Solar, for hybrid parks in Lithuania, and a battery project in Uusikaupunki, Finland.

The 2025 Battery Report lists Capalo AI among EU optimizers in its BESS tech stack.
