Galan Lithium is an Australian company developing lithium brine projects in Argentina.
Its main project is Hombre Muerto West in Argentina's part of the lithium triangle, where it is following a phased development plan with first production expected in 2026. With its Candelas project it reports a resource of 9.5 Mt of lithium carbonate equivalent at 841 mg/L. Construction is under way, with offtake and funding agreements well advanced, and the company also holds the Greenbushes South project in Western Australia. It says its team includes former SQM executives.
The 2025 Battery Report lists Galan among emerging lithium miners.
