Liontown (formerly Liontown Resources)
About
Liontown, formerly Liontown Resources, is an ASX-listed Australian lithium producer whose main asset is Kathleen Valley in Western Australia's Northern Goldfields.
Kathleen Valley is Australia's first underground lithium operation and now delivers spodumene concentrate to customers, with an off-grid hybrid power station and a paste plant on site. Liontown controls two major hard rock lithium deposits and also holds the Buldania lithium project, about 600 km east of Perth. It plans to grow through exploration, acquisitions and downstream processing, and may add other battery minerals.
The 2025 Battery Report lists Liontown among emerging lithium miners.
