Atlantic Lithium is a lithium exploration and development company with assets in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire.
Its main project, Ewoyaa in Ghana, is a spodumene pegmatite resource of 36.8 Mt at 1.24% Li2O that is set to become Ghana's first lithium mine. Ewoyaa is being developed under a co-development agreement with Elevra Lithium, has received a key Ghanaian approval, and has drawn an $11m investment from Ghanaian pension funds. The company holds about 1,280 km² of licences across the two countries.
The 2025 Battery Report lists Atlantic Lithium among emerging lithium miners.
