Hunan Yuneng (Hunan Yuneng New Energy Battery Material) is a Chinese maker of cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries, based in Xiangtan, Hunan.
Its products are lithium iron phosphate and ternary cathode materials, mostly LFP, used in EV and energy storage batteries. It says its LFP output has grown quickly and that its products offer high energy density, stability, long cycle life and good low-temperature performance. It runs a research institute and technical department for new processes and materials.
