Upcell Alliance

Its more than 120 members and associates include battery manufacturers, machine builders, chemical and materials suppliers, universities, research centers and public institutions. Its programs include Upcell Turnkey Solutions, which builds battery manufacturing consortia; Upcell Lab, where machine builders show and certify their capabilities to battery makers; and Upcell University, which trains the battery manufacturing workforce.

The association is headquartered in Paris and was legally created in November 2022 under French law. Its founding members include Verkor, Fives, Schneider Electric, Bühler, Ingecal, Incore Systemes and HESAM University. It also has entities in Hong Kong and Burlington, Ontario.
