About
SNF is a South Korean maker of automation equipment for secondary battery production, semiconductors and precision parts.
For batteries it supplies assembly equipment for cylindrical, prismatic and pouch cells; its cylindrical-cell machines include jelly-roll insertion, negative tab welding, beading, electrolyte filling and tubing equipment, with features such as jelly-roll diameter inspection and cell tracking. It also makes flat-panel display equipment and precision parts. SNF is headquartered in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, with a second factory in Pyeongtaek.
The 2025 Battery Report lists SNF among South Korean battery equipment makers for stacking, packaging and filling.
