About
Surf Air Mobility is a U.S. regional air travel and aviation software company that is working to bring electric aircraft into regional service.
It runs scheduled commuter flights through Southern Airways Express and Mokulele Airlines and private charter through Surf On Demand, and says its brands flew more than 60,000 scheduled flights in 2025. Its SurfOS software, built with Palantir, includes tools for brokers, operators and aircraft owners. Through its electrification programme with BETA Technologies, it plans to use the operating data from its airlines to deploy next-generation electric aircraft.
The 2025 Battery Report lists Surf Air among major battery-electrified aviation players in the Americas (eSTOL/eCTOL).
