H2 Inc.
About
H2 Inc. is a South Korean maker of vanadium flow battery energy storage systems, sold under the EnerFLOW brand.
It says it was the first company to commercialise flow batteries in Korea, using its own HYPERBOOST, FLEXMODULE, FUSIONCELL and HYPERDENSITY technologies. EnerFLOW 510 is a high-voltage modular system for utility projects of hundreds of MWh with 4 to 12 hours of storage, and EnerFLOW 640 is aimed at centrally dispatched utility plants. H2 positions its systems as replacements for coal and gas plants and for grid optimisation. Its second factory in Gyeryong is set to raise annual VFB capacity from 330 MWh to 1.2 GWh.
The 2025 Battery Report lists H2 among Asia-Pacific flow battery players and notes bridge financing from STIC Investments.
