About
Kaido (Kaido Seisakusho) is a Japanese maker of winding machines for lithium-ion batteries, all-solid-state batteries, capacitors and other electronic parts.
Started as a one-person business in Kyoto in 1959, it now has its head office and plant in Kusatsu, Shiga, a second plant in Otsu and a new plant in Nagasaki that opened in 2025.
