VÆRIDION
About
VÆRIDION is a German company developing the Microliner, a fully electric aircraft for regional commercial flights.
The Microliner carries nine passengers and two pilots, and the company quotes 400 km of range plus commercial IFR reserves, a cruise speed of up to 190 knots and charging in under 40 minutes. It is aimed at reconnecting remote and underserved regions at low operating cost, with no CO2 or NOx emissions in flight and less noise than turboprops. It is following the EASA CS-23 certification path, has completed a preliminary design review and reports more than 100 aircraft commitments.
The 2025 Battery Report lists VÆRIDION among major battery-electrified aviation players in Europe (eSTOL/eCTOL).
